Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from craftycook.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Crafty Cook is a trading name of Kandy Kitchen Creations LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11930098, VAT number 422397890).
Unit 3C Moss Mill Industrial Estate, Woodbine Street East, Rochdale OL16 5LB
Telephone: 01706 334308
Email: [email protected]
2. Our products
Our mixes are hand-packed dried food. Ingredients and allergens are listed on every product page and on the back of the pack. Please check them each time you order, as recipes can change. Best before dates are usually between 3 and 12 months from the day we pack, depending on the ingredients.
Pictures show a serving suggestion. You will need to add a few things of your own, such as water, a can of tomatoes or coconut milk for the savoury mixes, and eggs, oil, butter or syrup for the sweet ones.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at the checkout and shown before you pay. We take payment when you place your order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the other methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
We check prices carefully, but if we find a mistake in a price after you have ordered, we will contact you and you can go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Your order
When you order you will get an email confirming we have received it. You will also receive an email once it has been dispatched, usually with your tracking reference on it, unless it is delivered in an alternative way. If we cannot supply something, for example because an ingredient has not arrived from our supplier, we will contact you to offer an alternative, ask if you are happy to wait, or offer a refund.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the UK. Dispatch times, delivery charges, the couriers we use and what to do if a parcel has not arrived are set out on our Dispatch and Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Orders over £50 are delivered free.
6. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at any time before we dispatch it by emailing [email protected] with your order number, and we will refund you in full.
7. Returns and refunds
Because our products are food, we cannot accept them back once they have been delivered, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. This also applies to gift cards and vouchers, and to sale items.
If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the parcel and its contents. Please do not send anything back to us. We will look into it and replace the item or refund you. Full details are on our Returns and Refund Policy page.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. It can take a short while for your bank to show it.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
8. Subscriptions
Our subscription plans renew automatically. Your card is charged on each renewal date at the price shown when you signed up, and your box is sent after each payment. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from My Account, or by emailing [email protected]. Please give us at least 7 days’ notice before your next renewal date. A cancellation stops future payments; boxes already paid for will still be sent.
9. Wholesale
Trade orders are supplied on separate terms. Please contact us for details.
10. If something goes wrong
We are responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption or a supplier delay, but we will tell you as soon as we can and offer a refund or replacement if the delay is too long and the parcel has been deemed ‘lost’ by the courier.
11. Your information
How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
