Absolutely.
Once you have made up your product and find you can’t eat it all in one sitting, pop it in an airtight container. As long as you’ve not added any meat to it you can keep it for a good 3-4 days in the fridge. Enough for lunches all week if you’ve had a 4 serving pack!
If you’ve added meat, we’d recommend consuming the rest within 24 hrs.
You can also freeze any left overs. Don’t forget to ensure it’s piping hot when you’ve reheated it.

The Quinoa, Tomato and Red Pepper (QTRP) soup we find, tastes much more rounded if you make it up on the day before you want to eat it, pop it all in the fridge and then reheat and serve the next day. Its had time to infuse all the herbs and spices and is much more palatable the next day. I’ve used this as a bolognaise sauce too, its a little sweeter than just having a tomato one, but equally delicious. QTRP will be back available in Sept.
